MODERN HISTORY / ECONOMICS - This is an in depth study of the economics, history, and culture of the United States and world from 1960 to the Present. Topics include but are not
limited to the law of supply and demand, forms of business, labor unions, government finances and influence on the economy, money and
prices, inflation and deflation cycles. The course relates history and politics to the study of economy. The Presidents’ administrations with an emphasis on
economic policies that shaped the history and culture of the United States and the world will be discussed.
