Physical Education 8-12

Driver Education 10
Students are assigned Driver Education during their sophomore year. Your child will receive information needed to successfully complete their driver learner permit test, driver license test, and other information to become a safe and responsible driver. This is a driver education theory class only, driving skills are not included with this curriculum. It is recommended your child receive instruction from a Certified Driving Instructor to develop driving skills needed to pass the road test. The following are a list of classroom pages. Drug and Alcohol Awareness 7
Drug and Alcohol Awareness is assigned as a 7th Grade remediation class. It serves as an introductory class to 8th Grade health. In this class, students learn important life skills like developing decision making skills, communication skills, and stress management skills needed to resist drug and alcohol behavior.
